Unit Large Demonstration System Set V2

The Unit Molecular building system features large (44mm diameter) spheres in seven colours to represent different atoms plus a 25mm diameter white sphere to represent Hydrogen atom. Sturdy pegs allow you to make any bond angle which can then be joined with flexible vinyl bonds.

The large demonstration molecular model kit lets you demonstrate molecular shapes with rotating single bonds and non rotating double and triple bonds, structural isomers, ring structures, the chair-boat ‘flip’ of cyclohexane and VSEPR theory.

The kit allows models of hydrocarbons, alcohols, amines, organic and inorganic acids and bases, carbohydrates, benzene, chlorinated molecules, inorganic molecules and many more to be produced, which the whole class can see!
