Spectrum Water-Soluble Oil Pastels – Black. Pack of 12.

Pack of 12 of black or white water-soluble oil pastels.

As well as having great laydown of rich colour, these water-soluble sticks allow the colours to be diluted and easily blended together on paper. They are loaded with good quality pigments, have a smooth laydown and are one of the better water-soluble products available following the discontinuation of the Berol brand.
