Will paint onto virtually any surface (as for Fantasy Moon) and can be applied using a dropper, brush or directly from the bottle on a flat and horizontal surface in thick layers. Perfect for decorating jewellery.

Dries to a glossy finish. Colours can be mixed. 45ml pots.
