3D puff paint liners give a velvety raised line effect. They will go onto most substrates including wood, paper, ceramics and glass but more importantly onto fabric which can be heat fixed, allowing the garment to be washed at 40°C.

For best results use on textiles which have a maximum of 20% synthetic fibres.

Drying times are 6-12 hours, then use a heat gun to enhance the 3D effect and make the colour puff up. The ideal all-round liner pens.

Colours in this set are: Lemon, Cherry Red, Medium Blue, Light Green and Pink.
