Conte Carres Assorted Colours. Set of 12

Carre crayons have a 6 x 6mm cross section and are slightly softer in texture than pencils. They are excellent for sketching, as well as for monochrome or polychrome drawing.

Carre may be used on all types of paper and even on canvas, especially the softer grades. They may also be used in conjunction with paper stumps, tortillons and putty rubbers.
