Bullseye ThinFire Paper

Kiln Fibre Paper (also known as Bullseye ThinFire Paper) protect kiln shelves from fused glass during firing. The paper withstands temperatures up to 815°C. Use pieces of Kiln Fibre Paper to create shapes between two pieces of fused glass; the paper will disintegrate during the firing to leave a relief shape.

If your glass piece features a hole, e.g. for hanging a pendant, stuff it with kiln fibre paper to prevent it from fusing over. Kiln venting is necessary when using both products and we recommend using a respiratory mask and gloves when cleaning up loose fibres which can be harmful if inhaled and may irritate the skin.

Do not contain asbestos.
