Basic Human Body Slide Set

A set of 8 prepared microscope slides chosen to introduce the main structures of the Human Body. The slides have been chosen to reflect the Key Stage 3 and GCSE curriculum but could also be used at primary level to introduce microscopy and the Human Body.

Slide set contains 1 each of the following slides:

• Heart, showing chambers and valves
• Lung, thin section
• Small Intestine, general structure
• Kidney, thin section
• Eye of Mammal
• Skin, with sweat glands
